If you have a residence visa for other Emirate than Dubai, you will need to produce Tenancy Agreement with a copy to prove you live in Dubai. A landline telephone or DEWA bill in your name may suffice if the tenancy contract is not in your name.
The seller will need to bring his/her passport copy with residence visa and vehicle registration card, Vehicle sale agreement to complete the proceeds.
